How we run technical projects from idea to delivery

A clear seven-step methodology turns a vague idea into a working system — these are our actual steps.

Most projects fail not for technical reasons but because requirements stay vague. That's why we always begin with a Discovery session defining the real problem, not just the requested solution.

Then technical analysis: scope, complexity, risks, estimates — followed by a clear proposal with price and timeline before writing any code.

During the build we work in short demonstrable stages, so the client sees progress early and corrects course while it's still cheap.

Delivery is not the end: backups, monitoring, and ongoing support because every system needs care after launch.
